Performing Umrah between May and September means facing temperatures that can soar above 45°C (113°F). For pilgrims coming from cooler climates, the heat can be physically draining, leading to dehydration and fatigue before you even start your Tawaf.

- Travel at Night: Book your Jeddah to Makkah transfer after Isha if possible to avoid the midday sun.
- Dress Smart: If you aren't in Ihram yet, wear light-colored, loose cotton.
